Seattle Single Family Office Invests in Radiant's $6M Funding Round

The Californian cannabis producer and distributor Radiant Canna recently announced a $6M seed funding round. The funding round was led by the investment arm of the Seattle-based single family office of James Kinsella and Robert Neal.

Radiant Canna: Cannabis Producer and Distributor

Radiant Canna is California’s fastest-growing cannabis manufacturer and distributor. According to the CEO of the Cannabis Firm “The investor response to our recent seed round and our growth over the past two years, tells us that our tech-based strategy is key to success in the manufacturing and distribution sector”. The firm also provides a data-driven analytics platform for its partners to monitor critical KIPs. Furthermore, the firm takes care of high Cannabis quality. The leadership team of the firm brings more than 100 collective years of Cannabis experience.

Seattle Single Family Office: D4 Investments

The round was led by D4 Investments, which is the investment branch of the single family office of James Kinsella and Robert McNeal. Other investors include Emles Venture Partners and West Creek Investments, as well as angel investors Donald Kivowitz and Charles putnam. The round was oversubscribed. Kinsella is – as well as McNeal – a serial technology entrepreneur. He was Chairman and CEO of Interoute Communications, which was sold in 2018 for $2.3 billion. D4 Investment invests in early stage firms in the US and EU.
