Randy Bufford family office invests $1M in healthtech startup Quovis

Quovis aims to build a “decentralized health information exchange”. The Cleveland-based startup has built a smart contract based technology that enables smart contracts between different stakeholders in the healthcare space. The solution is based on HL7/FHIR guidelines and augmented by an IBM-powered cryptographic solution, thereby overcoming security and privacy barriers.

Investment from Randy Bufford single family office

Now, the startup led by Brandon Fairless announced a $1M investment from 0924 Investments, LLC, the single family office of Randy Bufford. Bufford is the founder and chairman of Trilogy Health Services. Trilogy offers health services to seniors in over 110 locations. The Louisville-based firm was founded by Bufford in 1997. Through his investment, Bufford provides capital as well as expertise in the healthcare sector.
