The fortune of Amancio Ortega is estimated at $59.6 billion, according to the Forbes list and thanks to the Inditex dividend ever growing. He invests in real estate and private equity through his family office, Pontegadea Inversiones SL. The company was founded in 2001 and is highly active in Spain and beyond. Among others, it has invested in the telecommunications company Telxius, the Madrid high-rise Torre Picasso and a wind farm in Zaragoza.

3. Interogo Holding (Ingvar Kamprad, Sweden)

Interogo Holding is the investment company of the Ingvar Kamprad family, which made its fortune with the Swedish furniture store IKEA. Their Family Office covers various asset classes, with separate companies responsible for individual investment strategies. For example, the Group’s real estate activities are conducted through Vastint Holding B.V. (Amsterdam) with AuM of more than $4.5 billion.
