Belgian Single Family Office-financed Aukera Energy targets 2.7GW of Renewables

The Belgian single family office AtlasInvest is the main investor of Aukera Energy. The firm has now announced to develop and acquire projects with a volume of more than 2.7GW throughout the next years in Europe, thereby becoming a major player.

Aukera’s Renewable Energy Investment focus

Aukera targets the development and acquisition of projects in Italy, Germany, Romania as well as Poland. Aukera’s activities range from early-stage development to the co-development and acquisition of projects. It can be expected that Aukera will soon belong to the largest renewable energy developers in Europe.

Belgian AtlasInvest single family office as investor in the energy industry

AtlasInvest is the single family office of Marcel van Pocke. The firm was launched in 2007 with the goal to invest in the energy industry. Besides renewables investments, AtlasInvest also invests in oil and gas companies. Portfolio companies include Emergya Wind Technologies, ForMotion, Tree Energy Solutions or Varo. Also, the vineyard Poggio Antico belongs to the portfolio.
