Berlin-based Real Estate Family Office ADAMMA Acquires Hotel In Stuttgart

In November 2019, “the niu Mesh” hotel opened near the airport of Stuttgart. Now, the hotel was acquired by the Berlin-based ADAMMA family office.

Modern hotel near Stuttgart-Fasanenhof

The now-acquired hotel is located at Stuttgart-Fasanenhof. From there, it is a 5-minute car ride to Stuttgart airport. The hotel comprises of 254 rooms, thereof 110 are targeted on long-stay travelers. At Stuttgart-Fasanenhof many major German companies like EnBW (energy), GFT or GTÜ (both services) are located. Stuttgart is an important industrial city in the south of Germany. The city is mainly known for automotive companies like Mercedes-Benz or Bosch.

Real estate family office from Berlin acquires hotel

“The niu Mesh” hotel was sold by real estate developer MERKUR Development Holding GmbH from Rüsselsheim. The transaction was arranged by Frankfurt investment manager Continuum Capital. The new owner realized the transaction to its subsidiary “ADAMMA Investment II GmbH”. ADAMMA is a rather secret Berlin-based family office which mainly invests in real estate in Germany, Luxembourg and the rest of Europe.
