Denmark, a Scandinavian country in Northern Europe, presents an attractive market for real estate investment. The country’s stable economy, strong property rights, and high standard of living make it a desirable destination for both domestic and international investors. The Danish residential market has been notably buoyant over recent years. Copenhagen, Denmark’s capital city, is particularly popular among investors due to its vibrant economy and growing population. In addition to this, there are also opportunities in other cities such as Aarhus and Odense which have seen significant growth in recent years.
Most Danish single-family offices investing in real estate have their headquarters in Copenhagen, which is also one of the investment hotspots of the property market.
Kirkbi A/S: Single-family office from Denmark with strong real estate investment focus

Kirkbi is looking in whole Europe for investment opportunities and belongs to the most important real estate family office investors in Europe.
