The Dutch same- and next-day delivery startup Trunkrs announced a €15M Series B investment round for further group. Amongst the investors was the single family office of the Van Puijenbroek family, VP Capital.
Trunkrs: delivery startup from Utrecht
Trunkrs is focused on last mile delivery for Belgian online shops. The firm handles more than 250,000 packages per month, works for over 200 web shops and enables > 99% deliveries on first attempts. Thereby, it enhances trust and customer satisfaction for webshops.
Round led by Colruyt family office
The €15M Series B funding round was announced in June 2022. The investment was led by Korys, the Belgian Colruyt family office. Other investors include SET Ventures and VP Capital, the Van Puijenbroek family office. VP has its roots since 150 years in the textile industry. Still today, the firm is active in the branch through workwear brand HAVEP. The family office invests real estate, agriculture, private equity and the energy transition.
