Three Major European Single Family Offices That Are Hiring

There are many reasons why it is good to work for a family office: high compensation levels, an exciting field of work, a stable environment and good networking opportunities. The problem is: before you can apply for a family office job, you have to know the relevant family offices. Due to the secretive nature of many family investment groups this can be a challenging task. As a starting point, we introduce you to a few interesting single family offices, who are looking for interns, young professionals and experienced candidates, especially in the field of finance and investment management.

#1: Reimann Investors, Germany

The Reimann Investors family office was founded as the Reimann-Dubbers family sold its stake in the German chemical company “Reckitt-Benckiser”. Since then, the Munich-based SFO invests in venture capital deals and financial markets. Reiman Investors focuses on the German-speaking region and invests from Series A to C. Notable investments include Klarna, AlphaPet, Deutsche Handelsbank or usercentrics. The SFO is encouraging unsolicited applications at their career page.

#2: Grosvenor Estate, United Kingdom

Grosvenor estate is serving as the investment vehicle of the Grosvenor family, which is headed by the Duke of Westminster. Generally, the SFO invests in property, food and agriculture, charity and art. Recently, we reported the acquisition of Purfresh through Wheatheaf, the investment arm of the Grosvenor family office. The investment firm offers varying roles, from investment to property development. For example, the family office is currently looking for an estate management graduate. #3: Korys, Belgium

The Belgian Colruyt family, whose wealth is estimated around three billion euros, is managing their investment activities through Korys. The single family office works with 22 “investment professionals” who are working from offices in Belgium and Luxembourg. The family office invests in liquid investments like stocks and bonds, direct investments and fund investments. Korys is always looking for “candidates who are passionate about investing” according to its job page.
