Landmark Properties, in a joint venture with Westlake Capital—the single-family office of Landmark Chairman Wes Rogers—has acquired Northcreek Office Park, a 536,547-square-foot office campus located in Buckhead, Atlanta’s prestigious West Paces Ferry corridor.

The acquisition signals a significant step into the office market for Rogers’ family office, Westlake Capital, while also supporting the continued expansion of Landmark Properties’ operations in Georgia. Although Landmark will maintain its corporate headquarters in Athens, Georgia, and its existing executive office in Buckhead Plaza, the company will now utilize part of the Northcreek campus to accommodate 100 members of its Atlanta workforce.

Situated at 3715 Northside Parkway, Northcreek Office Park spans a 39.9-acre site and features four office buildings. The property was extensively renovated between 2003 and 2009 and currently boasts more than 70 tenants, with an occupancy rate of approximately 70%. Landmark plans to refresh and revitalize the common areas across the campus to further enhance its appeal.
