The Twin & Bull Family Office has participated in a ₹21 crore ($2.5 million) Pre-Series A funding round for Flent, a Bengaluru-based proptech startup that offers fully furnished, designer rental homes to young working professionals. The round, comprising ₹17 crore in equity and ₹4 crore in debt, was led by Incubate Fund Asia with participation from returning investor WEH Ventures, Stride Ventures, 91Ventures, and Untitled VC. Angel investors including BlackBuck co-founder Rajesh Yabaji also joined, while more than 40 landlords and tenants on Flent’s platform collectively invested ₹1 crore — a notable signal of customer conviction. Founded in October 2023 by Shail Daswani, Mayank Lalwani, and Rishabh Agnihotri, Flent has grown to manage approximately 350 rooms across 140 premium homes in Bengaluru, achieving 90–95% occupancy with an average tenant stay of around 14 months. The startup plans to deploy the capital to expand into Mumbai and Gurugram while launching new products including flatmate matching, vacancy protection for landlords, and an AI-powered tool to help renters identify the right locality and budget.
