In addition to the principal shareholdings, the Family Office owns Alpinia Insurance Pte Ltd, a captive insurance company authorised to underwrite business principally involving risks from associated companies. The James Dyson Foundation supports children’s education, while the Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology is a higher education institution that trains engineers.
