Pritzker family office invests in NaturPak

Pritzker Private Capital (PPC) has announced the acquisition of NaturPak, a food manufacturer headquartered in Janesville, Wisconsin. NaturPak produces and packages bone broths, soups, sauces, wet pet food, and specialty ingredients for major retailers and consumer brands across North America. The company is recognized as the largest North American manufacturer utilizing Tetra Recart, a fiber-based, BPA-free packaging technology for shelf-stable food products. CEO Aaron Jackson will continue to lead NaturPak, with PPC investing alongside the existing management team. The acquisition expands PPC’s portfolio in the food and beverage manufacturing sector, which already includes Bardstown Bourbon Company, C.H. Guenther & Son, Monogram Foods, and Sugar Foods. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
