The round was led by Goodwater Capital with participation from new investors Foresite Capital and Serena Ventures, alongside existing backers including Emerson Collective, Advance Venture Partners, GV (Google Ventures), SemperVirens, and McKesson Ventures. Midi Health is a telehealth platform focused on perimenopause and menopause care, providing insurance-covered integrated services led by specialists across obstetrics-gynecology, internal medicine, cardiology, endocrinology, and other clinical areas. Midi employs a proprietary AI engine to support clinical decision-making through chart analysis, automated scheduling and documentation, and mining its women’s health dataset to refine clinical protocols. The company reports a 28 percentage point increase in breast cancer screening adherence, an 11 percentage point increase in colorectal cancer screening adherence, and up to 13 percent lower total cost of care compared to matched controls.
