Kothari Family Office Backs $4.5M Funding for Shreetech

Aarii Ventures, the investment arm of the Kothari family, has led a $4.5 million funding round in Mumbai-based Shreetech Data Pvt. Ltd., alongside the Cello Family Office. The capital will accelerate Shreetech’s expansion across its three core verticals — data center and digital infrastructure, power infrastructure, and in-house manufacturing of mission-critical components. Founded in 1998, Shreetech has executed over 100 data center projects, secured more than 500 MW of sanctioned power capacity, and achieved a remarkable CAGR of 62% from FY21 to FY25. With integrated design, EPC capabilities, and backward-linked manufacturing under its proprietary Datalix brand, the company is positioned as one of the few full-stack infrastructure providers in India.
