Astogo Holdings, the family office of Jim Curley and his wife Janet, has participated in a €450,000 funding round for Everhaze, a Dublin-based PR intelligence company, alongside two other Irish family offices: the Kearns family office, former owners of the Institute of Education in Ireland, and hotelier Mark Cosgrave, owner of the Hendrick Hotel in Dublin and a member of the Cosgrave property-development family. The capital will support the commercial launch of Lú, Everhaze’s conversational agentic AI operating system for the public relations industry, across the UK and Ireland. Named after the mythical Celtic “Master of All Arts,” Lú integrates with WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and the Everhaze platform itself, enabling PR professionals to complete tasks via text, voice note, or phone call. The product consolidates real-time media monitoring, media contact management, press release distribution, and narrative analysis into a single conversational layer, and covers 48 distinct tasks including media list management, press release drafting, live reporting, and campaign analysis. Everhaze was co-founded by James McCann, a former agency owner who sold his previous firm, ClearStory International, to digital media agency Core Optimisation in 2025, and Cormac Glynn. Lú launched publicly on 6 July 2026.

About the Astogo Holdings family office: The Jim Curley investment vehicle

Astogo Holdings is the private family investment vehicle of Jim Curley and his wife Janet, established to manage a diversified portfolio of real estate and financial investments. Jim Curley is the chief executive of Jones Engineering, one of Ireland’s largest privately held engineering firms, in which he held a 27.3 percent stake. Jones Engineering sold for €1 billion in 2022. Astogo has been active in Dublin commercial property, acquiring properties including 12 Upper Mount Street — subsequently leased to the Embassy of Slovenia — and 42 Upper Mount Street, a historically significant Georgian building acquired in 2021 for just under €2 million. The firm has also invested in Aratech Technologies, a cleaning technology company. More broadly, Astogo describes itself as a dynamic and growing family holding company managing a diverse portfolio of properties and financial investments, with a focus on striking the right balance between shareholder value and the lived environment for local stakeholders. Its Dublin property portfolio includes refurbished Georgian office buildings in the city centre, as well as the Northbrook Clinic, a specialist dental and medical facility established in 1993. The investment in Everhaze marks Astogo’s first publicly disclosed backing of a technology company
