TriEdge Investments, the New York-based single-family office of entrepreneur and investor Simcha Hyman, has led a $50 million seed round in Hypha, an AI-native asset intelligence platform that emerged from stealth alongside the funding announcement. The round also includes participation from Bankwell, Cammeby’s International, CFG Bank, Crescent Heights, Dwight Capital, Monticelloam LLC, and Yakar Partners, a mix of institutional and non-institutional investors, many of whom are also customers and active design partners of the company. Hypha, co-founded by Peter Wang and Simcha Hyman and headquartered in New York City, has built a platform that consolidates fragmented investment data and workflows into a unified operating system across the asset lifecycle. The company has focused its early efforts on data-intensive sectors including private credit, private equity, professional services, healthcare, senior housing, and multifamily real estate. Proceeds from the round will be used to expand Hypha’s engineering, go-to-market, design, and marketing teams, accelerate product development, and support the expansion of an R&D presence in Tel Aviv. The round values Hypha at an undisclosed figure; the company was incorporated in 2025.
About the Hyman family office: TriEdge Investments
TriEdge Investments is a single-family office founded in 2024 by Simcha Hyman, who brings over 15 years of experience building and exiting companies in the healthcare and finance sectors. Headquartered at 66 Hudson Blvd E in New York City with an additional office in Tel Aviv, TriEdge takes a multi-strategy approach to investing, spanning private equity, venture capital, real estate, and company incubation across stages and verticals, including healthcare, financial services, cybersecurity, and defence technology. The firm describes its investment philosophy as centred on partnering with management teams to build what it calls a “digital twin” that unlocks a company’s potential in the AI era. Beyond the Hypha deal, in which Hyman holds a dual role as both TriEdge’s founder and Hypha’s “Chief Helper”, TriEdge has also backed Arbiter in November 2025, a New York-based healthcare AI platform that raised $52 million in seed funding at a valuation of approximately $400 million. That round was led by a group of family offices with deep operational experience in the healthcare sector, including executives with backgrounds at Cigna, UnitedHealth, Kaiser Permanente, One Medical, and VillageMD.
