FieldAI announced in August 2025 that it raised $405 million in two consecutive funding rounds. Investors in the round include Bezos Expeditions, BHP Ventures, Canaan Partners, Emerson Collective, Intel Capital, Khosla Ventures, NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm), Prysm, and Temasek, among others. Previous investors including Gates Frontier and Samsung also participated. The latest round was described as oversubscribed, following rapid customer adoption and expansion contracts for FieldAI’s general-purpose robotics intelligence. The company develops Field Foundation Models—a class of foundation models built specifically for embodied intelligence in robotic systems. FieldAI’s robots are deployed across industries including construction, energy, manufacturing, urban delivery, and inspection. The capital will be used to accelerate global growth, support product development, and enable strategic hiring as the company plans to double its headcount by year-end.
